Tecca Crosby is the Senior Vice President of Creative Affairs at eOne Television. As a producer and network executive, she was involved with international hits like Slings and Arrows, Degrassi and Orphan Black. In her current role at eOne, she championed the drama series Mary Kills People and Cardinal to success in Canada.

We discuss creating shows in Canada while keeping the international audience in mind, and how the industry has changed as a result of viewing options that release shows across the world at once.
