Actor Rachelle Lefevre joins us to chat about her new series, The Sounds. A co-production between Canada and New Zealand, the eight episode limited series is available now on Acorn TV and makes its debut on CBC and CBC Gem in Canada today, October 5th.
Rachelle shares a bit about her character, Maggie Cabbott, and filming in the hauntingly beautiful Marlborough Sounds area of New Zealand, plus we discuss a subject that we’re passionate about -- shedding the expectations that female characters have to be “likeable.”
